Ryanair announces new Luxembourg – Barcelona flights

It was announced on Wednesday morning that low-cost airline Ryanair will start a new route between Luxembourg and Barcelona-El Prat with the new route beginning October this year.

Adding to their small but growing list of destinations, Ryanair are looking to still further expand their reach from Luxembourg with the carrier already stating that their flights are reaching 90 percent capacity, as they look to reach over 400,000 passengers next year from the airport.

With this growth they have announced more flights to Porto (six weekly) as well as extending other routes through the winter, including Lisbon (5 weekly), Madrid and Milan (4 weekly).

As well as these extra flights they also confirmed they’re looking into the possibility of adding more destinations with Dublin, Edinburgh, Manchester, Berlin, Warsaw and Rome all on their radar.
