Aerosmith have confirmed the rumors about their breakup after 46 years of creative work and announced its farewell tour in 2017, writes NME.

“We are doing a farewell tour, but only because it’s time,” said frontman Steven Tyler.

He noted that in the world there are only two rock bands who have a long history and has retained a largely original lineup: Aerosmith and the Rolling Stones.

Tyler also announced his solo country album, “We’re All Somebody From Somewhere”.
