Some roads will be closed Some roads will be closed to all traffic

Roads will be closed on Saturday afternoon when Luxembourg takes on France in a football World Cup qualifying match.

The match will take place at Stade Josy Barthel on Saturday and some roads will be closed to traffic with free shuttle buses transporting fans to the stadium.

From 2pm until midnight on Saturday rue des Foyers, boulevard Napoléon 1er, rue Nicolas Petit and rue du Stade will be closed to all traffic.

The section between Square de New York and rue des Aubépines on route d’Arlon as well as rue d’Ostende et la rue Nicolas Simmer will be closed as necessary between 4pm and midnight.

The recycling centre near the stadium will be accessible via boulevard Napoléon 1er.

Free shuttle buses will be in place, travelling to the stadium from the P+R Bouillon and the P+R Luxembourg-Sud between 6pm and around 8.30pm and after the match they will be running until around 11pm.

Fans are advised to use the shuttle bus services due to the limited amount of parking places near the stadium.
