Luxembourg’s Prince Louis and Princess Tessy, having announced only last month that they were set to divorce, have reportedly finalised proceedings in London today, according to UK’s Daily Mail.

The quick divorce was granted under the grounds of ‘unreasonable behaviour’ and took just a few minutes to be granted in the Central Family Court.

The couple, who live in London, were not present during proceedings.

The Daily Mail reports that they were granted a decree nisi by District Judge Richard Robinson.

The decree nisi can only become absolute and binding once conditions of a court order are met.

The divorce comes two months after the couple separated, according to the Daily Mail.
Married with children

The couple’s first son Gabriel Michael Ronny was born on March 12, 2006, in Geneva.

A few months later, on September 29, 2006, Prince Louis and Princess Tessy married.

On the occasion of the National Day celebrations of 2009, Grand Duke Henri awarded the titles of Princess of Luxembourg, Princess of Nassau and of Bourbon Parme to Tessy.

Son Gabriel is 10, his younger brother Noah Etienne Guillaume Gabriel Matthias Xavier is nine.

Princess Tessy is working as director of communications for UK security company DS-48.

The company specialises in protection of valuables, electronic communications and celebrities.

Prince Louis studied communications in London and received his degree in 2014. He is active in the field of corporate responsibility.

The Grand Ducal Court of Luxembourg has declined to comment.
