CSSF warns of unregistered ‘entity’ operating from Luxembourg

Luxembourg’s financial services watchdog CSSF on Tuesday issued a warning against an unregistered entity claiming to operate from Luxembourg.
The CSSF warns the public of the activities of an entity named Direkt Finanz AG which claims to be established at 26, boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg and which offers loans to the public.

The CSSF informs the public that the entity named Direkt Finanz AG is unknown to it and that the entity has not been granted any authorisation to provide financial services from Luxembourg.
