The Ministry of Labor and Employment of Luxembourg, as well as the social and solidarity economy, published details on the new minimum wage in the Grand Duchy, which entered into force yesterday, August 1, 2018, after the publication of the consumer price index in July, which triggered automatic indexing.

The 2.5% rise in salaries now means that the minimum monthly salary in Luxembourg is €2,048.54 (for over 18s), with a minimum hourly rate of €11.8413. The minimum salary for qualified people is now €2,458.25.
