In rather dramatic scenes, a driver is reported to have lost complete control of a car on the outskirts of Luxembourg City on Sunday morning, flipping it over before coming to a halt upside down.

The incident occurred at about 11am on Rue de Reckenthal (C230) that connects Strassen to Limpertsberg.

Emergency services were quickly at the scene. Details of how or why the driver lost control are not known at this stage but luckily the victim escaped the accident unhurt.
