One year after its launch, Carsharing Luxembourg S.A. has announced that it has decided to complete its fleet by commissioning 2 electric vehicles, available at 2 new stations; this decision responds to a demand for the use and ecological philosophy of its current and future customers.
After only 12 months of operating in Luxembourg City, Carsharing Luxembourg S.A. has reported more than 330 customers under its belt, over 3,400 journeys completed over a total distance of 150,000 km covered in 17,000 hours.
This fleet now comprises 14 cars and meets the expectations of its current and future users, whatever their travel needs.
Very simple to use, these two additional electric vehicles offer not only comfort but also a silence of driving, all in true respect of the environment and each with the possibility to accomodate up to five occupants in total.
The new stations each offering one electric vehicle are: Parking Schuman (Roundabout Schuman, L-2525 Luxembourg-Limpertsberg), and Parking Rocade (rue du Laboratoire, L-1911 Luxembourg-Bonnevoie).
Carloh offers 3 categories of different rates according to the frequency of customers’ journeys. It is accessible to everyone from the age of 18 in possession of a valid driver’s license. Carloh is based at Charly’s Gare (16A avenue Emile Reuter, L-2420 Luxembourg) or see www.carloh.lu.
