Two separate road accidents in the south and the west of Luxembourg, left two people hospitalised on Thursday evening, Luxemburger Wort reports.

It was around 7pm between the towns of Grass and Clemency in the west of the country when a motorbike rider was reported to have been rushed to hospital following a crash, although details of how the accident occurred and whether there were other vehicles involved has not been reported.

In a separate accident just south of Luxembourg City, a motorist was reported to have lost control of his car on a road between Bivange and Fentange, and crashed into a wall. The victim was rushed to hospital although the extent of his injuries are not known.
