There is “significant room for improvement” in the digital services offered by Luxembourg’s banks, which are increasingly at risk of losing business to technology firms, according to auditors Deloitte.
That is even as the country had the second-highest number of internet users per capita in 2015 out of 47 countries surveyed by the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development. Only Iceland scored higher, according to the study by the Paris-based group in June.
