Created in 2008 in partnership with Haute Ecole Pascale Blaise of Arlon, now called Henallux, this unique training program in Luxembourg on July 5, 2018 celebrated its 10th anniversary.
During this past decade, a total of 166 young people in their final year of study in economics or finance have taken up the challenge of taking a course (in staggered hours) dedicated to mutual funds and related trades.
Trained by lecturers from the bank, the students, who come from various Belgian, French and Luxembourgish educational institutions, acquired the more and more technical knowledge necessary for the exercise of these key professions for the Luxemburg ecosystem. They benefit from the know-how of professionals whose expertise evolves with new regulations, new products and operational models. Young graduates who then embark on one of the fund administration trades do so with a much appreciated level of expertise.
The birthday celebration participants agreed that the experience is beneficial for everyone: students, instructors, partner schools and future employers.
Applications for the next academic year are open until 26 September 2018.
