On Wednesday, Eaglestone has announced that it is developing a residential project of 30 units in Luxembourg-Bonnevoie, from studios to 4-bedroom apartments.
The classic architecture of this development, designed by the architectural firm Ballini Pitt, presents an elegant ensemble integrated into the urban landscape of this rapidly changing municipality. Marketing of the units is set for the end of this year for a delivery scheduled for the second quarter of 2021.
This project represents a budget of €18 million characterising the scope and scale necessary for its realisation. The building will have a total area of 2,500 m² above ground, with apartments with an area ranging from 30 m² to 120 m².
